These Terms govern your use of IGNOU Sphere and purchases made through the platform. By creating an account, placing an order or using a purchased resource, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must provide accurate contact and order information and be legally capable of entering a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must review and complete the transaction for you.

IGNOU Sphere is an independent educational support platform. It is not an official IGNOU websiteand is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Indira Gandhi National Open University. Official dates, rules, syllabus, results and submission instructions must always be verified on IGNOU's official channels.

Resources are for reference, learning and preparation. We do not guarantee marks, evaluation outcomes, admission, project approval or examination results. You remain responsible for understanding requirements, preparing your own submission and complying with academic integrity rules.

The catalogue may include digital PDFs, handwritten PDFs, previous papers, notes/eBooks, guess papers, project/synopsis resources, product bundles and selected handwritten hardcopy services.

• Available: ready for the fulfilment method stated on the product page.
• On demand / pre-order: prepared or enabled after purchase within the displayed estimate.
• Want to buy / unavailable: an interest request, not a confirmed order or availability promise.

Product title, subject code, session, medium, format, included items, price and fulfilment message shown at checkout form part of your order. Please review them carefully before payment.

A completed digital purchase gives the account holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational reference. Ownership and intellectual property rights are not transferred.

You must not resell, publicly upload, share account/download access, mass reproduce, remove rights notices, scrape, automate extraction or commercially distribute resources. We may limit suspicious downloads, suspend access and preserve evidence where misuse is reasonably suspected.

Delivery may be instant or on demand as stated. Keep your account credentials secure. If a purchased file is wrong, corrupt, materially incomplete or inaccessible, use the remedy process in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Hardcopy products may be prepared after an order is confirmed. You are responsible for a complete deliverable address and reachable phone number. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by production time, courier coverage, public holidays, weather and events outside reasonable control.

We may share the minimum shipping information with Shiprocket, postal or courier partners. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed attempts, reasonable re-shipping charges may apply. Defective, wrong, damaged, missing or materially delayed deliveries remain subject to applicable consumer rights and our Refund Policy.

The final checkout amount includes applicable item prices, discounts and delivery charges displayed before confirmation. Payments may be processed by Razorpay and its banking partners. A payment acknowledgement is not a fulfilment confirmation until our server verifies the transaction.

Promo codes, bundles and reseller benefits can have eligibility, category, usage and time limits. They cannot be combined unless expressly shown. We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before fulfilment and offer cancellation/refund instead of forcing an incorrect order.

Wallet balance and reseller benefits are account-linked service credits, not a bank account, deposit or general cash instrument. They are not transferable or withdrawable except where a refund or applicable law requires otherwise. Ledger corrections may be made with an audit record.

You agree not to:

• use false identity, payment, delivery or support information;
• attempt unauthorised access, probe security, disrupt service or bypass download controls;
• use bots or scraping that burdens the service or copies protected catalogue/content;
• submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing content; or
• use the platform or resources to facilitate academic misconduct.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud, legal compliance or material breach. Paid entitlements and refunds will be handled according to law and the circumstances; suspension does not erase outstanding payment or misuse claims.

We work to keep catalogue data and files accurate, but educational schedules and requirements can change. Except for obligations that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of a resource, third-party site, learner submission decision or event outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Parties should first raise a written grievance so we can attempt resolution; access to a competent consumer commission, court or statutory authority remains available.

Send grievances to admin@ignousphere.com with your registered contact and order reference. We aim to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. Terms may be updated prospectively; the version applicable when an order was placed will continue to guide that order unless law requires otherwise.
